Bulk Editing Multiple Records
Scenario: Update the owner for 50 opportunities in your pipeline.
Traditional Method: 10-15 minutes
- Open list view
- Select records (10 at a time limit)
- Click "Change Owner"
- Select new owner
- Repeat 5 times
Navigator Method: 2-3 minutes
1. Open Query Tool (Ctrl+Shift+Q)

Pro Technique
